We are a passionate, community-driven youth soccer team dedicated to empowering young athletes through the game of soccer. Our mission is to provide children with the opportunities, skills, and support to grow, both on and off the field. As a coach, my goal is to create an environment where every player feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Growing up, I often wished I had access to the resources, guidance, and mentorship that many of these young athletes are fortunate to have today. Now, I am driven by the belief that every child deserves the chance to experience the joy and growth that sports can provide. Through our program, we aim to build not only skilled soccer players but also confident individuals who can take the lessons learned on the field into every area of their lives. We strive to create an atmosphere that fosters teamwork, leadership, discipline, and respect. We teach our players how to work hard, overcome challenges, and celebrate successes together. It’s not just about soccer; it’s about character-building and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Whether you're here for the competition, the camaraderie, or simply the joy of the game, we are excited to have you join our soccer family. About Coach

Coach Ruben is the co-founder of the Arizona Elite Soccer Program, bringing both certification and extensive experience at the semi-professional level. Under his leadership, the program has achieved remarkable success. Most recently, in 2025, the team captured the championship title, winning all three qualifying games. Their performance in the knockout stages was nothing short of dominant, with a 9-0 victory in the semifinals and a 3-0 win in the final. Along the way, Arizona Elite defeated top teams such as Rayados FC, Spartans Club, Blue Fire, and FC Tucson, showcasing their skill and strength on the field.

Coach Luis is a disciplined and dedicated soccer coach with a strong background as an Army professional, bringing leadership, structure, and commitment to every training session. Passionate about developing young athletes from the very beginning, he focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and respect both on and off the field. Coach Luis believes that with hard work, discipline, and the right guidance, every player has the potential to grow and succeed while developing a true passion for the game.
